I HAVE SOME EXTRA SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, CAN YOU LOOK AFTER ME?

Absolutely! Pop a note in your order and we’ll do our best to make the dish to your requirements.
If you are gluten or dairy-free we take as much care as humanly possible but we can’t 100% guarantee trace allergens will not be present.

I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER AT THE WRONG RESTAURANT FOR PICK UP, HELP, WHAT DO I DO?

Quickly call the restaurant you placed the order with and advise them of the mistake, this restaurant will need to refund you. Please understand that this refund may not happen immediately. If you wish to reorder at the correct restaurant you will need to place the order and pay again. We are unable to transfer orders or payment between restaurants.

I REALLY WANT ONE OF THOSE FRIDA’S MARGARTAS WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET ONE ONLINE DELIVERED TO ME?

Unfortunately not, Frida's margaritas and all other alcoholic beverages can only be ordered in our restaurants so you’ll have to visit us in person!

HOW DO I USE MY LOVE MEXICO APP?

Simply scan the barcode in the My Account part of the App at the till when you are ready to pay the bill at the end of your visit. You can decide whether you want to spend the Mexico Dollars already in your account, or you can continue to save them up for a future visit.

WHERE CAN I USE MY LOVE MEXICO APP?

The Love Mexico App is available at all Mexicos except at Auckland International Airport.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I HAVE ANY MEXICO DOLLARS TO REDEEM AND HOW CAN I REDEEM THEM?

Once you have scanned your App any dollars you are entitled to redeem will show up on our till screen. The balance will also show up in your App, below the barcode in My Account. You can choose to spend your Mexico Dollars or save them for another time. If you decide to spend them, the full amount of Mexico Dollars that you have saved will be discounted from your bill.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY MEXICO DOLLARS TO SHOW UP IN MY APP?

Your Mexico Dollars will usually appear within 24 hours, so they can be used the following day. In some cases, Dollars may take up to 48 hours to appear.

WHAT CAN MEXICO DOLLARS BE USED FOR?

Mexico Dollars can be spent at the till as a discount off your bill. It’s the perfect excuse to order extra Fried Chicken!

HOW DO I EARN MEXICO DOLLARS?

Each time you visit, you will earn 5 Mexico Cents for every Dollar you spend. Some exceptions apply - because your Mexico Dollars are personal to you, they will only accumulate on the portion of the bill that you personally pay for. So, if you decide to shout the whole table, you will earn all the Mexico Dollars. If you split the bill, you will earn Mexico Dollars only on the portion of the bill that you personally pay for.

DOES MY BIRTHDAY GIFT AND OTHER SPECIAL REWARDS EXPIRE?

Yes, the birthday gift expires 30 days from when you received it on your actual birth date. Other special rewards will have expiry dates specific to that reward and this will be clearly stated on the email you receive informing you of the reward.
