Love Mexico Terms & Conditions (Long & Legal)
By using Love Mexico App you agree to these Terms and Conditions (or ‘terms’). If you have any questions about the Love Mexico programme, please ask at your local Mexico or get in touch via hola@mexico.net.nz.
Mexico reserves the right at its sole discretion to change these terms and conditions, the terms of any of its special offers or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Love Mexico programme at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this website, and issued in an update for the Love Mexico App.
Each Love Mexico customer is permitted to have one Love Mexico membership. That membership will be allocated to one nominated email address when the member registers online. Each email address may only be used for a single membership.
Mexico may grant or refuse membership in its absolute discretion. Ownership of your Love Mexico membership App:
Your Love Mexico App is the property of MFG Limited. You must not copy or reproduce your Love Mexico App and you must not interfere with the operation of the Love Mexico App or programme.
Registering your Love Mexico App:
If you have a Love Mexico card from previous Love Mexico programme or Mexico restaurants you will need to join the new App-based programme to receive Love Mexico benefits. The Love Mexico paper card based system has been replaced by the App:
1. Download the App and register to activate it before you can use it to redeem your Mexico Dollars.
2. To sign up to the Love Mexico App you must have a valid email address and verify the email before continuing to be eligible to
earn and redeem Mexico dollars.
What your membership can be used for Your Love Mexico App can be used for:
1. Purchasing menu items at any Mexico restaurant (except Auckland International Airport).
2. Collecting Mexico Dollars to spend on Mexico menu items at your next visit.

The Love Mexico membership programme is not a credit or charge account. You cannot sell or convert your Mexico Dollars balance into cash or gift to another Love Mexico member.
Earning Mexico Dollars:
You can earn Mexico Dollars every time you make an eligible purchase and scan your barcode from your App at the till in a Mexico restaurant. Mexico Dollars may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account.
The Mexico Dollars allocation may change from time to time without prior notice to you. The current dollar allocation is 5 Mexico cents per $1 spent on your bill.
You cannot earn Mexico Dollars on the portion of your bill that you pay for with previously earnt Dollars.
No Mexico Dollars will be earned on historical purchases.

Redeeming Mexico Dollars:

You can redeem your Mexico Dollars for any eligible menu item at any Mexico (except Auckland International Airport). Your Love Mexico App and membership must be registered before you are eligible to redeem your Mexico Dollars.
Mexico Dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.
We will deduct the appropriate number of Mexico Dollars from your allocation when you redeem Mexico Dollars on your bill.
All special offers are subject to availability, which may vary between Mexico restaurants. Mexico is not responsible if a special offer is not available on the day you come to redeem your special offer.
Some customers may be ineligible to redeem special offers because of their age or as a legal requirement. It is at Mexico’s sole discretion whether to issue you with a special offer.
The accrued Mexico Dollars expire 12 months from the date accrued.
The birthday gift expires 30 calendar days from the date of your actual birthday and other special rewards have expiry dates specific to that reward and this will be communicated clearly in any emails regarding this reward.

Information about your Love Mexico membership & personal details: You can check:
1. Your Mexico Dollars balance
2. Your Personal Details
by logging on to your App and following the prompts, or by checking on your Love Mexico App.
You are required to update any changes to your personal details as soon as possible after they change.
Downloading the Love Mexico App:
You can download the Love Mexico App by visiting your phone’s App store and downloading the ‘Love Mexico App’. The Love Mexico App is currently available for both Android and iPhones.
From time to time we will update the Love Mexico App and you will need to download all updates.
If you have problems downloading the Love Mexico App your phone model may not be supported.
The barcode display within the My Account section of the App on your mobile phone must be appropriate for scanning using our in- store software. You are responsible for costs involved in implementing and using the Love Mexico App on your mobile device.
You are limited to one Love Mexico account per person. You cannot sign up under multiple email addresses. Mexico reserves the right to delete any extra accounts that show as having the same device identification (device identification being the unique identification for your iPhone or android phone), leaving one account allocated to that device identification. Mexico will not be liable for any Mexico Dollars or other rewards that were accrued under the deleted account or accounts.
Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for, and we will not be liable for, any loss or damage suffered by you, however caused, in connection with or arising from your Love Mexico membership or use of the Love Mexico website or the Love Mexico App, including but not limited to:
1. Any unauthorised use of your Love Mexico App.
2. Any approved Mexico menu item not being available for any reason;
3. Any failure to credit you with Mexico Dollars.
4. Any problems or technical malfunction of the Love Mexico App or any network or lines, servers or providers;
5. Any failure to notify you of any changes in these terms.
You hereby irrevocably hold us harmless from all claims, demands, actions and proceedings which you have or in the future may have against us, and shall indemnify and release us from all and any claims for damages or otherwise in the terms of, and in connection with or arising from your Love Mexico membership, use of the Love Mexico website or the Love Mexico App to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In all matters, all decisions of Mexico will be final and cannot be contested and by taking part in the Love Mexico programme you hereby agree to accept such decisions.
You may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which are not excluded or limited by anything set out in these Terms. Each exclusion or limitation of liability in these Terms and Conditions also applies to the owners and operators of MFG Limited, its related entities, franchisees, store operators and employees.
The Love Mexico Programme is exclusive to MFG Limited. MFG Limited owns all copyright in the Love Mexico programme
